Broiled Turkey Recipe
Ingredients

| 6 teaspoons Butter, margarine or salad oil | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
1. Select a young, cleaned and dressed turkey. Wash and split it down the center back; dry thoroughly. Spread all sides with butter, margarine or salad oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Lay skin side down on a greased rack in the broiling pan.
3. Start broiler, set at 350° F., or Moderate.
4. Place the pan about 2 to 3 inches from source of heat and cook until seared, basting occasionally with melted butter or margarine. Turn, baste and continue broiling until tender.
