Broiled Swordfish with Herb Butter Recipe

| 4 swordeish steaks (1 inch thick, about 2 pounds total) | ||

Directions
1. In a food processor or blender, combine the butter, garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, and mixed herbs, and process until well blended. Form the herb butter into a log-shaped roll 2 inches long and 2 to 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap snugly in wax paper and place in the freezer for 1 hour or refrigerate for several hours.
2. Preheat the broiler and broiler pan.
3. Lightly brush both sides of the steaks with the oil. Place the steaks on the preheated broiler pan and broil for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until opaque throughout.
4. Cut the herb butter into 1 or 2 generous slices for each steak. Top the steaks with the butter and broil for 1 minute, or just until the butter begins to melt.
