Directions

1. Sprinkle the fish with the salt, pepper and paprika; rub the seasonings in lightly.
2. Place the fish on a preheated, greased broiler rack about two inches from the source of heat. Brush the top of the fish with two tablespoons of the melted butter and broil three minutes. Turn, brush the second side with the remaining butter and broil until lightly browned, or four to five minutes.
