Ingredients
| 1 steak of your choice | ||
| A few pieces of fat | ||
| Paprika | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
€¢ Remove a few pieces of fat from the steak. Sprinkle one side with paprika.
€¢ Preheat an 8 x 8-inch (20 X 20 cm) browning dish (Corning) 7 minutes at HIGH. Place steak in dish, without removing from oven, paprika side down. Press top of steak with finger tips for perfect contact with the dish.
€¢ Put the little pieces of fat around the steak. Microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, depending on how you wish to have it cooked.
€¢ Turn the steak, cover with waxed paper, and let it stand same time as cooking time. Steak cooks on one side only. Set on warm plate.
€¢ Prepare sauce of your choice. Pour hot sauce over the steak. Salt and pepper to taste.
