Broiled Shad Roe Recipe
Ingredients
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 6 ounces canned shad roe | ||
Directions
Combine margarine, lemon juice and parsley; set aside.
Broil shad roe on both sides till brown, and top-dress it at the table with margarine-lemon sauce.
