Broiled Salmon with Honey and Vermouth Recipe
Ingredients
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tablespoons dry vermouth or dry white wine | ||
| Grated ginger | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, peeled | |
| Dijon style Mustard | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick) | ||
| Cooking spray | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine wine, mustard, honey, ginger, salt and pepper and stir wll with a whisk
2. Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray and place the salmon over it, basting with half of the honey mixture
3. Broil for eight minutes or so until the fish flakes easily with a fork; keep basting with the honey mixture throughout

4. Serve as appropriate
