Ingredients

 2 (6-8 ounce/200-250 g) salmon steaks
 Butter2 Tablespoon, melted
 Dill weed1/2 Teaspoon
 Peppers2 To taste, stuffed
 1 (can of 5) refrigerated bread sticks

Directions

MAKING
1) Apply melted butter over the salmon steaks and sprinkle evenly with dill weed.
2) Prepare and place the peppers and salmon over the rack and cook as per the directions.
3) Knot the bread sticks, place around the edges of the rack and cook further until bread sticks are brown in colour.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
