Ingredients

 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Marjoram2 Teaspoon, crushed
 2 tsp. onion salt
 Potatoes package1 , frozen
 Melted butter
 Seasoned salt1
 Pepper1
 4 salmon steaks, 1" thick
 Peach1 Can (10oz), drained
 Chopped chutney

Directions

Mix the lemon juice, marjoram, and onion salt; set aside.
Grease broiler rack.
Place frozen potato patties on rack; brush with melted butter and sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt and pepper.
Set oven control at "broil." Broil 4 to 5" from source of heat 5 min.
Brush patties again with melted butter.
Place salmon on rack; drizzle with melted butter and spoon half of the lemon mixture over the fish.
Broil fish and potatoes 4 to 5 min.
Turn salmon and potatoes over.
Brush potatoes with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
Drizzle salmon with melted butter and season lightly with pepper.
Spoon remaining lemon mixture over the salmon.
Place peach halves on broiler rack; spoon 1 tsp chopped chutney into center of each peach.
Broil potatoes, fish, and peaches 4 min., or until fish flakes easily with a fork and potatoes are golden brown.
Serve on a heated platter.
