Broiled Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds salmon steaks | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Finely chopped parsley | ||
| Lemon slices | ||
Directions
1. Sprinkle both sides of each steak with salt and pepper and let stand about ten minutes to absorb the salt.
2. Place the steaks on a preheated greased broiler pan and brush with about two tablespoons of the butter. Place the pan in the preheated broiler about two inches from high heat and cook three to five minutes. Turn, brush the other side with two tablespoons butter and cook three to five minutes.
3. Serve on a hot platter. Pour the remaining melted butter, to which the parsley has been added, over the fish. Garnish with lemon slices.
