Ingredients

 
2 1/2 pounds unpeeled, deveined split rock shrimp tails
 
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
 
3/4 teaspoon salt
 
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
 
1/8 teaspoon paprika
 
Lemon Butter (optional)

Directions

Place shrimp tails in a shallow pan, meat side up.
Combine melted butter and seasonings, stirring well.
Baste shrimp with butter mixture.
Broil 6 inches from source of heat 4 minutes or until tails turn upward.
