Ingredients
| 1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Capers | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| 3/4 lb. red snapper fillets | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a cup mix yogurt, tomato sauce, paprika, capers and parsley.
MAKING
2) Use a broiling pan to spray with vegetable cooking spray.
3) Arrange the fillets on broiler pan.
4) Spread the yogurt mixture on top.
5) Place inside broiler to broil without turning 6 to 8 minutes, until done.
SERVING
6) Serve the fillets with green salad.
