Broiled Pork Roll With Sha Cha Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1 (10-oz.) pork tenderloin
Marinade:
1 teaspoon rice wine or dry sherry
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chicken broth
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons sha cha sauce
5 chicken livers
1 slice fresh ginger root
2 cups water
7 green onions, cut in 1-1/2-inch lengths
Directions
Use a cleaver to cut pork into 20 thin 2-inch square slices.
Pound each slice with a meat hammer a few times.
Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
Add pork; mix well.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Cut each chicken liver into 4 slices.
Combine 2 cups water and ginger root in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add chicken liver pieces and cook 1 minute over high heat.
Remove chicken liver pieces with a slotted spoon, draining well over saucepan.
Place 1 chicken liver piece and green onion in the center of each pork slice.
Roll up, secure ends with a wooden pick and place on a baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) 5 minutes.
Place baking sheet in oven.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes until pork rolls are golden brown.
