Broiled Pepperoni Bites Recipe
Broiled pepperoni bites is a savory appetizer made with sliced pepperoni bits placed on bread. Sprinkled with cheese and onions, the bread is broiled with pepperoni topping, till the cheese melts. A quick fix appetizer that can be prepared in a jiffy!
Ingredients
1 package (3 ounces) thinly sliced pepperoni
15 slices French bread, cut 1/4 inch thick
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons minced green onion
Directions
Arrange bread slices on foil-lined 15 x 10 inch jelly-roll pan.
Broil bread about 4 inches from heat until lightly toasted.
Sprinkle half the cheese and half the onion evenly on bread slices; top with pepperoni.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onion evenly over pepperoni.
Broil 1 minute or until cheese melts.
