Broiled Oranges With Brown Sugar Recipe
Ingredients
3-4 large California oranges
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
Directions
Peel and slice oranges about 1/4 inch thick.
Place slices in a flat dish with sides to marinate with the Grand Marnier for 30 minutes or longer.
Place orange slices on broiler rack of pan and sieve light brown sugar over them.
Broil 4-5 inches from top of fruit to heat.
Pour any juice in bottom of broiler pan over each serving on dessert plate.
