Broiled Marinated Chuck Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup each beer and sliced onions | ||
| Lemon peel | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), sliced | |
| Chuck | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper | ||
Directions
In self-sealing plastic bag or a glass or stainless-steel bowl combine beer, onions, lemon peel, and seasonings; add steak, turning to coatwith marinade.
Seal bag or cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, turning meat several times in marinade (if bag is used, simply turn bag over).
Preheat broiler.
Transfer steak to rack in broiling pan, discarding marinade; broil 3 inches from heat source until steak is browned on both sides, 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until done to taste.
Arrange tomato slices over surface of steak and broil until tomatoes are lightly browned; serve sprinkled with parsley.
