Broiled Lobster Tails Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 lobster tails (about 2 pounds) | ||
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Chervil | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook lobster tails in boiling water for 10 minutes or until done.
Remove meat (keeping shells intact); cut in 1-inch pieces.
In saucepan, cook onion with chervil in butter until tender.
Add soup, sour cream, and lobster.
Heat; stir now and then.
Spoon lobster mixture into shells.
Top with cheese.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat until cheese melts.
