| 2 uncooked lobsters (about 1 lb/450 g each) split in half and prepared, claws cracked | ||

Directions
Preheat the broiler to moderate.
Pour half the melted butter over the flesh of the lobsters and place them, shell sides down, with the claws, under a medium broiler.
Cook for 15 minutes or until the lobsters are cooked and the shells bright red.
Season well.
Meanwhile, heat the remaining butter in a small pan, add the bread crumbs and fry until they are golden.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs on the lobsters and broil until the crumbs are lightly browned.
Garnish with parsley.
