Broiled Lamb Chops With Herbs Recipe

| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), cut in half | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 teaspoons dried marjoram, thyme, or tarragon, crumbled | ||
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Preheat the broiler.
Rub the lamb chops all over with the cut garlic.
Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the marjoram and pepper.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium cooked lamb.
