Ingredients

 8 loin or rib lamb chops, trimmed of fat
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), cut in half
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 2 teaspoons dried marjoram, thyme, or tarragon, crumbled
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon wedges

Directions

Preheat the broiler.
Rub the lamb chops all over with the cut garlic.
Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with the marjoram and pepper.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium cooked lamb.
