Broiled Lamb Chops Recipe
Broiled lamb chops prepared with a basting sauce of soy sauce and brown sugar. Savory with a mild sweetness to it, the broiled lamb chops are flavored with the sauce blend of garlic and ginger. Served with rice, they are filling and delicious.

| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 4 (1 inch thick) lamb rib chops | ||
Directions
Combine the first 8 ingredients; stir until smooth.
