Broiled Honey Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Orange peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| Orange juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Dash ground ginger | ||
| 1 boned skinless chicken breast half or turkey breast tenderloin steak (about 4 ounces) | ||
Directions
For sauce, in a small mixing bowl stir together honey, orange peel, orange juice, soy sauce, pepper, and ginger.
Place chicken or turkey breast on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Brush with sauce.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat about 8 minutes or till chicken or turkey breast is no longer pink, turning once.
Brush frequently with sauce during broiling.
