Ingredients

 4 to 5 slices of bread, toasted on 1 side Softened butter
 Prepared mustard
 Ground beef1/2 pound
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Instant minced onion1 Tablespoon

Directions

Spread untoasted side of bread with butter and then lightly with mustard.
Combine meat, milk, salt, pepper, and onion.
Spread on top of mustard to the edges of bread.
Broil, meat side up, 5 to 7 minutes until meat is done.
Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
