Broiled Fresh Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
1 whole, fresh pineapple
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons butter
Directions
Slice pineapple, skin and all, into 1/2-inch slices.
Peel the slices and cut out the eyes.
Place on a buttered baking sheet, drizzle honey over the slices, and dot with butter.
Broil about 5 to 7 minutes, or until slightly browned.
