Broiled Flounder With Tartar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Light mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dill relish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Hot Sauce | 1 Teaspoon, divided | |
| 4 (6-ounce) flounder fillets | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dill | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cooking spray | ||
| Lemon wedges | ||
Directions
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce in a small bowl; set aside.
3. Sprinkle fish with 3/4 teaspoon hot sauce, lemon juice, and next 3 ingredients. Place fish on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
4. Broil fish 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
