Broiled Fish with Lemon Slices or Tartar Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 fish fillets (each 6 oz/150 g) | ||
| Vegetable oil | ||
| Oyster or teriyaki sauce | ||
| Lemon slices or tartar sauce | ||
Directions
Brush fish with oil and arrange oiled side down on rack in pan lined with foil, shiny side down.
Brush with oyster sauce.
Broil about 3 inches (8 cm) from heat for 5 minutes or until dark golden and fish flakes easily with fork.
Arrange fillets on heated platter and garnish with lemon slices or serve with tartar sauce.
