Broiled Fish Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 8-ounce cuts swordfish, halibut, salmon, shark, yellowtail, or any thick fish steak | ||
| 2 tablespoons butter, melted, or olive oil | ||
| Dash of Tabasco or cayenne pepper | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, seasoned salt, or salt-free seasoning | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY 1) Wash and pat dry the fish steaks. 2) In a small dish, mix all the ingredeints to prepare a sauce. 3) Preheat the broiler. MAKING 4) Brush the fish steaks with the prepared sauce on both sides. 5) This would let fish to not stick on the broiler. 6) Place the steaks into the broiler, 4 inches away from the flame. 7) Brush the sauce over the steaks frequently. 8) Broil steaks from both the sides for at least 3-4 minutes. 9) Do not over cook the fish. SERVING 10) Serve the broiled fish hot with dilled cucumber salad.
