Broiled Fish Fillets With Parsley Sauce Recipe
Broiled fish fillets with parsley is prepared with perch fillets along with lemon juice for flavor. Seasoned and spiced with a mustard, the broiled perch fillets are savory and great for lunch.
Ingredients

| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 1 pound packages frozen perch fillets | ||
| Prepared mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), frozen | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to salad oil; mix.
Rub over fish.
Broil, about 4 minutes on each side, or until fillets are well browned.
Combine mustard, butter, parsley, lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; spread 1/2 of mixture over fish.
Return fish to broiler or grill till sizzling and fish flakes easily.
