 Perch or trout - 2 packages (12-ounce each) frozen , (or any fresh fish fillets - 2 pounds)
 Butter4 Tablespoon, melted
 Bon Appetit - 1 teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Onion powder - dash
 Black pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg - dash
 Paprika - dash
 Blanched almonds2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Parsley flakes1 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the broiler.

MAKING
2) Brush the fresh or thawed fish fillets with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
3) Sprinkle the fish fillets with a mixture of all the seasonings.
4) In a well greased broiler pan, place the fillets with the skin side down.
5) Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily.
6) In a skillet, saute the almonds in rest of the butter, until golden brown.
7) Then stir in the lemon juice and spoon over the fish fillets.

SERVING
8) Sprinkle the Broiled Fish Amandine with parsley flakes and serve immediately.
