Ingredients

 1 5- to 6-pound whole salmon, snapper, bass or haddock, cleaned and boned
 Olive Tomato Sauce or Celery Garlic Sauce
 1 teaspoon each thyme, fennel and marjoram

Directions

Brush inside of fish with half of the sauce.
Tie fish securely with string.
Brush outside of fish with sauce and place on greased grill.
Grill fish 20-30 minutes over coals, basting continually with remaining sauce, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Cut into individual servings with electric knife.
