Broiled Fish Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 5- to 6-pound whole salmon, snapper, bass or haddock, cleaned and boned | ||
| Olive Tomato Sauce or Celery Garlic Sauce | ||
| 1 teaspoon each thyme, fennel and marjoram | ||
Directions
Brush inside of fish with half of the sauce.
Tie fish securely with string.
Brush outside of fish with sauce and place on greased grill.
Grill fish 20-30 minutes over coals, basting continually with remaining sauce, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Cut into individual servings with electric knife.
