Broiled Fish Recipe

Ingredients
2 lbs. flounder, sole or haddock
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt, pepper to taste
Parsley sprigs and lemon wedges for garnish
Directions
Rinse fish in cold water.
Pat dry with paper towel and cut into serving pieces.
Brush broiler rack with a little oil and arrange pieces of fish on it.
Combine oil and lemon juice in small bowl and brush fish with it.
Salt, pepper to taste.
Place fish about four inches under the broiler unit and broil for 5-8 minutes (depending on thickness of fish), or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork but is still moist.
Remove fish from broiler pan to heated platter.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
