Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 can {10 1/2 ounces)
Eggs - 4 hard-cooked, chopped
Celery - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Sweet pickle relish - 1 tablespoon
Prepared mustard - 1 teaspoon
Dash pepper
Frankfurter buns - 4, split and toasted
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl mix soup, eggs, celery, onion, relish, mustard, and pepper.
2) Arrange bun halves and spread mixture evenly over bun.
3) Cover the edges completely.
4) Broil for about 4 inches for7 minutes from heat until hot.
SERVING
