Broiled Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Sweet pickle relish | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 4 frankfurter buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
Combine soup, eggs, celery, onion, relish, mustard, and pepper.
Spread mixture evenly over bun halves; cover edges completely.
Broil about 4 inches from heat until hot, about 7 minutes.
