Broiled Cornish Hen With Walnut Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 Cornish hens | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 10 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 15 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 1 Milliliter | |
| Cracked black pepper | 1 Milliliter | |
| Walnut oil | 10 Milliliter | |
| Olive oil | 60 Milliliter | |
Directions
Wash the hens and split them down the back.
Place hens in a shallow baking pan.
In a small mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients, pour over the hens and marinate covered and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Broil the hens over medium heat on a charbroiler for 20-25 minutes, brushing frequently with the marinade.
Serve at once, with one final brushing of the marinade.
