Broiled Cod Steaks Montauk Recipe

 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Seasoned salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon, seasoned
 4 small cod steaks, each 1/2 inch thick
 Orange1 Small, garnish (Salad oil)
 Lemon1 Small, garnish (Salad oil)

Directions

1. Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper; set aside.
2. Lightly brush rack in broiling pan with salad oil. Place cod steaks on rack; broil 5 to 7 minutes, until cod flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove broiling pan from broiler. Spread cod steaks with mayonnaise mixture; return pan to broiler; broil 2 minutes longer or until mayonnaise mixture is lightly browned and bubbly.
3. Thinly slice orange and lemon; cut each slice crosswise in half. Garnish cod steaks with fruit slices.
