Broiled Clams Recipe
Ingredients
| Clams | 1 Pound, frozen | |
| 1/4 cup mirin or sake | ||
| Shoyu | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Miso | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 tsp. ajinomoto | ||
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Mix mirin/sake, shoyu, miso, ajinomoto and sugar and bring to a boil.
String 3-4 clams on bamboo sticks, dip in sauce and broil over charcoal fire.
