Broiled Chicken with Cherry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
3 broiler-fryers split
 
2 cups Dark Cherry Sauce

Directions

1.Wash chickens; pat dry. Place, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan.
2. Broil, turning every 10 minutes, until the chickens are tender and brown about 40 minutes. Remove to heated serving platter.
3. Spoon hot Dark Cherry Sauce over all
