Broiled Cheesy Frankfurters Recipe
Ingredients
| Frankfurters | 4 Large | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Gouda cheese | 6 Ounce | |
| 4 teaspoons each prepared mustard and tomato ketchup | ||
| Bacon Slices | 8 | |
Directions
Cut the frankfurters almost in half lengthwise and brush with a mixture of oil and paprika.
Cut the cheese into four large slices and put in the frankfurters.
Mix the mustard with the ketchup and spoon into the split in each frankfurter.
Wrap two slices of bacon around each frankfurter.
Secure each one with a wooden toothpick.
Cook the filled frankfurters under the broiler for 8 minutes, turning to brown evenly on all sides.
Serve hot or cold.
