Broiled Cheese Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Butter margarine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| French bread slice | 8 , toasted |
Directions
Mix Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, onion and margarine.
Spread to edges of toast.
Set oven control to broil and/or 550°.
Broil with tops about 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
