Broiled Brandied Cficken For Two Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| 2 teaspoons brandy flavoring | ||
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 pieces chicken parts | ||
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a shallow dish mix butter, brandy flavouring, butter, garlic powder and canyenne; coat the chicken in this mixture evenly on all sides
2. Sprinkle salt over the chicken and place it on a small broiler pan with the skin side facing up
3. Broil about six inches away from the source of heat for ten minutes and keep turning it around and brushing with the remaining butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt
4. Broil for fifteen minutes more till fork tender
SERVING
5. Goes well with brown rice
