Broiled Alaskan King Crab Legs Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, finely shredded | |
| 1 teaspoon finely chopped tarragon or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Thaw crab legs.
Preheat broiler.
Grease a broiling pan.
Melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan.
Stir in lemon peel, tarragon and lemon juice.
Place crab legs on greased rack.
Brush with butter sauce.
Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat, 3 to 4 minutes.
Baste once with butter sauce.
