Ingredients
| Broccoli | 1 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Aloo | 3 Medium | |
| Garlic – ginger paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sambar pd-1tsp | ||
| Vangibath pd-1/2tsp | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Water as required | ||
| Oil | 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning:-) | |
| Jeera | 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning:-) | |
| Onion | 1 (For Seasoning:-) | |
| Tomato | 1 (For Seasoning:-) | |
Directions
first wash Brocoli and aloo and keep aside.
In a pan add oil.when it is hot,
Add jeera,allow to pop up.
Now add onion and fry till brown colour.
Then add ginger garlic paste,tomato and fry till they become mashy
Add Brocoli and Aloo and allow them to cook
When they are cooked,add sambar pd,vangibath pd,salt mix it nicely for 5mins.
When salt is adjusted ,transfer to a serving bowl.
Eat with Hot chapati,roti..............
