Ingredients

 
Frozen chopped broccoli-3, (10-ounces) packages
 
Cream of chicken soup-2 cans
 
Milk-1/2 cup
 
Salt-1 1/2 teaspoons
 
Pepper- to taste
 
Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
 
Potato flakes-1/4 cup
 
Butter-1 tablespoon, melted
 
Parmesan cheese-1 tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1)Cook broccoli as per package directions and drain.
2)Take a large shallow baking dish and put the broccoli into it.
3)In a bowl, add soup, milk, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
4)Pour sauce over broccoli.
5)In another bowl, mix potato flakes, butter and cheese and sprinkle it on broccoli.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until topping browns.

SERVING
7)Serve broccoli with Parmesan crust hot.
