Chicken Breast Stuffed With Broccoli Recipe Video

combine the good taste of chicken breast and health of broccoli in to your recipe for a meal. The low fat cheese makes it healthier. Bake the stuffed chicken for 20 minutes and it is ready to serve with lemon lemon flavored wine sauce.

Ingredients

 
4 chicken breast
 
4c chopped cooked broccoli
 
2c low fat parmesean cheese
 
2c cooking wine (lemon flavored)
 
1/2 c lemon juice
 
4 tbsp bread crumbs
 
4 tbsp olive oil
 
olive oil spray
 
salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Mix: broccoli, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, S & P to taste, and olive oil in a bowl.

Cut out pocket in chicken breast. Stuff chicken breast with broccoli mixture.

Spray baking dish with olive oil spray. Place chicken in dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pour lemon flavored cooking wine around chicken. Spray top of chicken with olive oil spray to make coating crispy in the oven.

Bake 400*F for 20-25 minutes. (till internal temperature of chicken is 165*F)

Remove chicken from dish and place in a serving platter.

Add 1c lemon flavored cooking wine to hot pan. Pour remaining liquid from baking dish into the pan and stir. Mix: 2 tablespoons corn starch with warm water.

While stirring, add corn starch mixture to make your sauce (thick juice consistency).

Pour sauce over chicken.
