Broccoli Ring Recipe

Ingredients
Frozen chopped broccoli-2 packages
Garlic-1 clove, chopped
Butter-2 tablespoons
All-purpose flour-2 tablespoons
Milk-1 cup
Eggs-4, separated
Directions
MAKING
1)Cook broccoli with garlic as per package directions only until easily separated.
2)In a skillet, melt butter and add flour until smooth. Stir for a minute.
3)Slowly add milk and cook until thickened. Keep stirring. Cool.
4)Add beaten egg yolks and broccoli.
5)Add stiffly beaten egg whites and seasoning.
6)Take a greased and lightly floured ring mold and pour the mixture.
7)Place it in a pan of hot water.
8)Now, bake in 350-degree for 30 minutes or until done.
SERVING
9)Serve broccoli ring hot.
