Broccoli, Rice and Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
2 c. broccoli
2 c. uncooked rice
2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Salt to taste
Directions
Stage1-Steam broccoli until tender; mash into small pieces.
Stage2-Cook rice, in 4 cups water; bring to a boil.
Stage3-Turn off burner and let stand 25 minutes.
Stage4-Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Stage5-Pour into 2 quart casserole; top with remaining cheese.
Stage6- Bake at 325 degrees fareinhite for 35 minutes or until cheese bubbles and browns slightly.
