Broccoli Parmesan (Broccoli Alla Parmigiana) Recipe
Ingredients
2 lb (1 kg) broccoli
salt and pepper
1/4 cup (62.5 g) butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup (60 g) grated Parmesancheese
Directions
Put broccoli in a saucepan with a small amount of water and the butter or margarine.
Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook until just tender.
Drain but reserve the liquid.
Put broccoli on a serving dish, pour pan juices over the broccoli and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
