Broccoli, Italian Style Recipe

Ingredients
| Broccoli - 1 bunch (about 1-1/2 lb) | ||
| Boiling water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Remove large leaves and tough portions of broccoli.
2. Wash thoroughly and drain.
3. Separate splitting larger stalks into quarters.
MAKING
4. In a 6-quart saucepan place the broccoli quarters and add boiling water and 1 teaspoon salt.
5. Cook covered, 10 minutes until tender and drain in colander.
6. In same pan, place olive oil and garlic and heat until bubbly.
7. Add broccoli and sprinkle with lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
8. Cook covered for 1 minute until broccoli is heated through.

9. Serve hot with garnish as desired.
