Directions

MAKING
1)Cook broccoli as per package directions and drain.
2)Quarter eggs lengthwise.
3)Take a greased 13x9x1 1/2-inch shallow baking dish and arrange broccoli in rows.
4)Top it with rows of egg quarters.
5)In a saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter on low heat and add flour and salt.
6)Add milk and cook until sauce is smooth and thickened. Stir constantly.
7)Add Worcestershire sauce and cheese, stir just until cheese is melted.
8)Pour sauce over eggs and broccoli.
9)In a small pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and add bread crumbs.
10)Brown them lightly. Keep stirring.
11)Sprinkle crumbs over sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

SERVING
12)Serve broccoli and eggs au gratin immediately.
