Ingredients

 Broccoli1 Bunch (100gm)
 Sesame seeds2 Tablespoon
 Vegetable oil3 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Teaspoon, minced
 Water chestnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 White wine3 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce3 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Trim off the large leaves and remove the tough ends of lower stalks of broccoli.
2) Cut the tops and keep aside while you cut the stems into 1/4 inch slices.

MAKING
3) Take a skillet and toast sesame seed, keep aside.
4) Take a wok, pour oil, and heat at 325 degree for 3 minutes.
5) Stir fry garlic, add broccoli, and stir fry for another 5 minutes.
6) Add water chestnuts, sugar, wine, soy sauce, salt, and broccoli tops.
7) Mix all the ingredients together, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.

SERVING
8) Sprinkle sesame seeds over top and serve.
