Broccoli With Lemon Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium-sized bunch broccoli
3 tablespoons salad oil
1 garlic clove, cut in half
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
1. Cut broccoli into 2" by 1" pieces. In 3-quart casserole or bowl, place salad oil and garlic. Cook at high (100% power) 2 minutes or until hot. Add broccoli and salt, stirring to coat broccoli with oil; cover with casserole lid or large plate. Cook at high 6 to 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp.
2. Let broccoli stand, still covered, 5 minutes. Discard garlic.
