Broccoli With Garlic And Asiago Recipe
Ingredients
| Broccoli - 1 large head, cut into long, thin spears | ||
| Extra-virgin olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm) | |
| Asiago cheese - 1/4 pound, shaved with vegetable peeler | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a shallow, covered skillet simmer broccoli in 1/2-inch boiling, salted water for 3 or 4 minutes, then drain and remove from pan.
2. Place the pan on stovetop over medium heat and sauté garlic in oil for 3 minutes.
3. Then add broccoli spears and coat with the oil.
SERVING
4. To serve transfer to a serving dish and garnish with curls of Asiago cheese.
